ED and sexual ageing
can affect any man

The causes can range from vascular degeneration, medical conditions such as diabetes and blood pressure through to stress or a dependency on pornography. We have successfully treated all types of patients from around the world.

Many men suffer in silence, mistakenly believing they are in a small minority of sufferers and spend a fraction of what women do on medical and cosmetic treatments. However, if you are one of more than 50% of men between the ages of 40 and 70 who suffer from erectile dysfunction, or part of a growing number of young men with transient ED or related conditions, you may be able to regain the ability to have sexual pleasure again.

We treat men with prostate problems, several who have had surgery for prostate cancer and other prostate related issues. In many cases we have been able to restore spontaneous erections and have also increased length and girth of the penis.

It is unlikely that you will suffer any side-effects during or after our treatments, as the therapy is proven to be safe, not just on ED, PD, BPH and CPPS, but other conditions we treat.

Shockwave Therapy – An Immediate Improvement in Sexual Performance

Most patients report an immediate improvement in the spontaneity of their erections and after just three weeks achieve longer lasting erections and improved sexual performance. We believe that this clinical evidence will prove to be of benefit to many men over the coming years and provide a long-term solution to cardiovascular ED.

How Quickly Will the Treatment Work?

Every patient is different. We have had some patients reporting positive improvements and spontaneous erections after the first few treatments.

What makes you different from other Erectile Dysfunction shockwave clinics?

Firstly, not all shockwave technology is the same. We use Swiss engineered Storz DUOLITH® SD1 equipment which allows us to use effective focused shockwaves.

Secondly, very few clinics treat both the cause and effect. Many of our patients have suffered emotional distress because of the ED and other physical decline which has compounded the condition. Our programme has a team of experts that addresses these issues.

Do you offer a visiting service?

The vast majority of our shockwave therapy for ED patients are treated in our clinics in Richmond upon Thames and Knightsbridge. We have made special arrangements with Embassies to treat international clients and can consider special circumstances.

Can I have breaks in the 6-week programme?

We recommend that the programme runs on schedule from start to finish with no more than a two-week break where possible. If there are longer breaks in the programme, additional shockwave therapies may be required.

What does your programme consist of?

An initial consultation takes place at our clinic where you will be screened and assessed for the programme. Following this you will be scheduled for regular shockwave therapies lasting 30-minutes each.

Are there any side effects from Shockwave therapy?

There are no known side effects of shockwave therapy!

Will I be fit for work after shockwave treatment?

At the end of each of your shockwave therapy sessions you can immediately resume your life as before.

Do I need any preparation before a therapy?

No preparation is required for your weekly therapies. Prior to your first visit we will request that you provide certain information about yourself.

Is shockwave therapy for ED painful?

No, it is not painful. You may experience some mild discomfort and tingling but should not view a visit to MansMatters with the same trepidation as visiting a Dentist!

Why do people choose shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction?

Shockwave therapy for ED is the only non-invasive erectile dysfunction treatment that can give you permanent results without the need for surgery or injections. It is a totally natural method for the creation of new blood vessels and allows you to enjoy spontaneous erections, natural intercourse and a rejuvenated sex life.

What is shockwave therapy for ED?

Shockwave therapy for ED is a well-established non-invasive medical procedure that has been used for over a quarter of a century to treat a variety of conditions. A shockwave is an intense but very short acoustic energy wave, which travels faster than the speed of sound. Shockwave therapy stimulates the growth of new and better blood vessels when then applied to the penis.

What age of men do you treat?

We do not treat men under the age of 18-years. But we have treated men well into their 80’s to their satisfaction as well as to their partners.
