We have a number of focused shockwave protocols for ED, Peyronie’s and Prostatitis (PPS) which will be specified depending on your condition. After a consultation with Mr Almashan our lead shockwave therapy consultant he will advise you on which protocol is suitable for you.
Most patients will be prescribed the Standard Programme to restore spontaneous and longer-lasting erections and a consequential improvement in intimacy and sex life.
STANDARD PROGRAMME
Mr. Almashan will undertake a comprehensive clinical assessment including diagnostic ultrasound to understand the root cause of your sexual health problem.
Whilst this inspection is carried out on an elevated penis table, it is recommended that you remove excess pubic hair beforehand to facilitate a more thorough examination. If eligible, you will be prescribed a course of focused shockwave therapy treatments along with EMTT therapy.
There are no side effects, the therapy is non-invasive and requires no sedation.

BESPOKE PROGRAMME
Our bespoke sexual health programmes are designed for patients whose main clinical issues are more problematical than treatment of the vascular system through shockwave therapy and where more comprehensive treatment programme including psychosexual counselling or hypnotherapy is required.
We will also take into consideration the lifestyle goals of each patient who is not only looking to achieve satisfying sex again, but are also targeting wider health and physical appearance goals.

CONSULTANT UROLOGIST
Following our clinical assesment it may be necessary to refer you to our consultant Urologist to discuss wider issues of sexual dysfunction that cannot be treated with focused shockwave therapy.
Our clinics have no external hoardings or signage that identifies them as a private erectile dysfunction clinic. It is a medical clinic that treats a number of unrelated conditions and in the waiting room no one except the clinical receptionist will know the nature of your visit.
